Meet Nim

Nim is Liminal’s AI financial assistant, built into the app. Chat with it in plain language to check your money, get answers, and take action — the same Nim you’d reach on the web or (soon) WhatsApp, with the same account and memory.
Opening Nim
Section titled “Opening Nim”Tap the orange button in the middle of the tab bar to open Nim as a sheet over whatever screen you’re on — you never have to leave what you’re doing. On screens where the tab bar is hidden, a floating bubble opens it instead. Drag the header down, or tap outside the sheet, to dismiss it — your conversation keeps running in the background.
Chatting with Nim
Section titled “Chatting with Nim”When Nim opens, you’ll often see a few suggested prompts tailored to where you opened it from — for example, “How’s my portfolio?” on the Invest tab. Tap one, or just type your own question. Nim streams its answer back and can show interactive cards for balances, charts, and more.
Your conversation history
Section titled “Your conversation history”Tap the history icon in the chat header to see your past conversations, rename or delete any of them, or start a New Chat. Picking up an old conversation resumes right where you left off.
